Above all, it’s the rock’n’roll that Bright Pattern has absorbed. With further influences from brit pop, soul, glam, funk and stoner rock, his rock’n’roll becomes a seductive and powerful mixture that rolls along on the steaming Bright Pattern train. Melodies to dream and howl to, lines to think and sing along to, songs to sway, dance, sweat and cuddle to – that’s „music to think, sweat and sway“.

Bright Pattern is an indie rock project from Augsburg in Bavaria. Its founder and only permanent member is Lukas Dingelmaier.

After a near-death experience at the age of 17, Dingelmaier decided to make the absolute best of his life and devote himself to his passion for music. He started taking guitar lessons and caught up on his A-levels, began reading English-language books and decided to study American Studies after his A-levels in order to write better English-language songs.

After various experiences in bands, he founded Bright Pattern in 2021 together with two friends, who left the band after a few years. Since then, Dingelmaier has been a solo artist who performs with a live band.
